Conference Guest Package: $275 per guest
Don't travel to NYC alone. Bring a guest to enjoy the city. Tickets for guests may not be purchased separately. They must be purchased as part of an attendee registration.
Guest badges allow access to all meals including the opening reception and breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.
Women's Leadership Program: Full conference registration plus $200 per attendee
NSPE invites mid-career women professional engineers to join this unique professional development program. The three-day, in-person engagement supports mid-career women professional engineers in confidently navigating their career path and leveraging their leadership skills. The program is intertwined with NSPECon26. To learn more about the schedule, topics, and facilitator visit the Women's Leadership Program website.
NSPE Enterprise Members: 10% Discount for 5 or more attendees
NSPE is pleased to offer a 10% discount to groups of five or more individuals who qualify as NSPE Enterprise Members. Eligible members should not register for the conference individually. Instead, the member or group administrator must register all five or more participants at once using the NSPE Enterprise Member Group Registration option. Please ensure all contact information is ready before beginning, as the registration process cannot be paused or saved for later.
Order of the Engineer Induction Ceremony: $15 per attendee
To be inducted into the NSPE Link of the Order of the Engineer, please select the $15.00 event fee which includes the stainless-steel ring provided to inductees. Ring sizing takes place at the ceremony on Friday, August 7 during the conference breakfast.
NEW! Session Tours: No additional charge
NYSSPE members have organized several offsite, guided session tours prior to and throughout the meeting. Each exclusive behind-the-scenes experience will be eligible for NY PDH credit. All session tours are complimentary, but space is limited and attendees must register in advance. Several tours will be offered on consecutive days. Select the best tour for you.
The New York State Society of Professional Engineers (NYSSPE), invites all NSPECon26 attendees to celebrate their 100th anniversary at this special reception and awards gala. Tickets can be purchased during registration.

Registration and Attendance Policies
It is required that all registrants must agree on behalf of themselves and their guests to the terms and policies regarding on-site safety requirements, liability, to complete registration. Read NSPE's Commitment to Public Health at National Meetings for more information.
By registering and attending a National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) event/meeting you grant NSPE full rights in perpetuity to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming taken at the event/meeting, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve NSPE’s mission. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in NSPE’s printed publications and in online publicity, social media, and press releases.
NSPE is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants and NSPE staff. All participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, industry partners, sponsors, NSPE staff members, service providers, and all others are expected to abide by the Meeting Code of Conduct that applies to all NSPE meeting-related events, including those sponsored by organizations other than NSPE but held in conjunction with NSPE events, on public or private platforms. Read the full NSPE Code of Conduct to understand our commitment to professional behavior and a respectful environment for all members and stakeholders.
Credit card payment is required to finalize registration. NSPE cannot accept checks or provide purchase orders. All registrations are confirmed by e-mail immediately following payment approval.
Cancellations requested in writing to [email protected] by July 22, 2026 will be refunded minus a $100.00 processing fee. Approved refunds will be issued after the conference. No refunds will be granted after July 22, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In many instances, attendance at NSPECon may be deductible as a business expense. Please consult with your financial advisor for the most current tax regulations. Contributions to the NSPE Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, to support the NSPE engineering scholarships are tax deductible; Contributions to the NSPE-Political Action Committee (NSPE-PAC) are not deductible as charitable contributions.
Any organization or company marketing their services or products must be registered as a sponsor or exhibitor. Marketing through education programs or as a registered individual attendee is prohibited.
NSPE does not disclose attendee email addresses. Registration records will only be used to communicate information about the conference.
