Exclusive sponsorship opportunities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the date the commitment form (pages 15 & 16) is received by Mohanna.

By attending or participating in NSPECon and its related activities, sponsors and exhibitors agree to abide by NSPE’s Commitment to Public Safety at National Meetings, which is available on the conference website.

Each exhibit space includes a 6’ x 30” table, two chairs, and a table drape. The area is suitable for free-standing displays positioned behind the table. Exhibitors will receive details on how to request electrical services or arrange for additional support directly through the hotel.

Exhibitor registration does not include full conference access, which is required to attend educational sessions and earn PDHs. However, exhibitor registration does include entry to the Opening Reception, Thursday Breakfast, and Thursday Luncheon. Upon arrival at the conference, registered exhibitors will receive their badges and exhibit space assignments. If you need additional exhibitor badges, they can be purchased for $150.00 each. If a member of your team wishes to attend sessions or earn PDHs, they must register for the full conference. Full registration rates and details are available on the NSPECon26 website.

By attending or participating in NSPECon and its related activities, sponsors and exhibitors grant NSPE permission to use and distribute their image or voice captured in photographs, video recordings, electronic reproductions, or audio recordings of the event at any time and for any purpose related to the conference.

The names, insignias, logos, and acronyms of NSPE are proprietary assets. Use of these elements is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from NSPE.

NSPE does not contract with a shipping company for NSPECon. Exhibitors will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare their materials for shipping, including hotel delivery guidelines and restrictions regarding when shipments may be accepted.

NSPE reserves the right to resell a sponsorship opportunity if payment is not received by the stated deadline of 10 business days from the invoice date. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in forfeiture of the sponsorship. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by July 1. After this date, no refunds will be issued, and fees cannot be transferred to NSPECon27.
