Open to anyone holding a valid license or certificate of registration as a Professional Engineer, Engineer-In-Training or Engineering Intern certification, issued under the laws of any state, territory, possession, or district of the United States.
Membership in NSPE may also be available to engineers licensed outside of the U.S.
