ASPE and NSPE Partner to Advance the Engineering Profession
The American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to enhance acceptance of the engineering profession in the United States and internationally by promoting professional licensure and ethics and exchanging information on matters that affect the plumbing and mechanical industries.

NSPE Endorses Waterways Infrastructure Legislation
The National Society of Professional Engineers has endorsed the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2013. Introduced on September 11 by House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Bill Shuster (R-Pa.) and Ranking Member Nick Rahall (D-W.Va), this legislation (H.R. 3080) would streamline the infrastructure project delivery process and strengthen our nation's water transportation networks.
