Khalid Hachil, P.E., MSEE, LEED AP BD+C, has been awarded the 2025 New Professional Engineer of the Year Award by the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). This award recognizes a young NSPE member who has made outstanding contributions to the engineering profession and the community during the early years of their career.

The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) named Major Brigham Moore, Ph.D., P.E., PMP, a deputy squadron commander serving in the United States Air Force, Pacific Air Force, as the recipient of the prestigious Federal Engineer of the Year Award for 2025.

Federal engineers play a vital role in solving complex challenges, shaping infrastructure, and enhancing quality of life not only in the US but globally. In recognition of their exceptional contributions, the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) proudly honors 18 agency winners, including 10 finalists for the Federal Engineer of the Year Award (FEYA). The overall winner will be announced on February 21, 2025, at a ceremony at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
