Ready to go to the next level in your professional journey? In addition to getting involved in volunteer roles at NSPE, the Society offers two unique ways to grow your leadership skills and take on new opportunities.
The NSPE Women's Leadership Program is a three-day in-person event held every year in conjunction with NSPECon, where mid-career women PEs explore ways to confidently navigate their career paths. It’s a unique opportunity to spend time with women PE leaders from across the country.
ELP is an intensive, five month remote learning program that combines guided instruction with mentorship teams for a unique experience that builds skills around communication, team development, continual improvement, and more.
Registration is open for NSPECon26 in New York City, New York!
