NSPE State Society Event Submission Form

Prior to submitting your event, you are encouraged to read the NSPE Officer Travel Program Guidelines to learn more about national participation and cost sharing obligations between NSPE and your state society.

Request forms must be submitted at least three months prior to the event in order to facilitate scheduling. Submission forms submitted later than three months may not be accommodated.

*Standard topics are Ethics or Legislative Update. Other topics may be arranged based on discussion with specific officer.

A senior staff member may be scheduled in lieu of an officer for some presentations or educational sessions if an officer is not available.

If you would prefer a staff member to participate at the conference in addition to or in lieu of an officer, please indicate their role below:

State societies are asked to provide education and conference details to confirmed presenters as soon as possible and at least 6-8 weeks prior to the meeting. States should confirm final engagement details 3-4 weeks prior to the meeting.
