Mr John A Nawn, PTOE

John A. Nawn, P.E., PTOE, CFM, FNSPE is an engineer with Fleisher Forensics. A licensed PE in 9 states, he holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. John has over 35 years’ experience as a civil/highway/traffic/municipal engineer, including the last 8 years full time as a forensic engineer/expert witness. John has testified as an expert witness in trial and deposition over 36 times in local, state and federal court. John is a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, a Certified Floodplain Manager, a Fellow in the National Society of Professional Engineers and a Senior Member of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. John is an adjunct professor at both Temple University and Widener University. John is a Past President of PSPE and currently the PSPE representative to the NSPE House of Delegates.
