Timothy Sullivan, Ph.D., P.E., of the U.S. Department of the Air Force, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, was named NSPE’s 2020 Federal Engineer of the Year Award winner on February 14 at the ceremony at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.
