Start Your Summer Planning: PE Conference Set for Philly

Mark your calendar for the in-person return of NSPE’s nationally recognized conference. After two years of virtual meetings, the 2022 NSPE Professional Engineers Conference will bring together professional engineers across disciplines from August 1–3, in Philadelphia. Featuring an ideal location in Center City, the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown, a Marriott hotel, provides easy access to Philadelphia’s many historic attractions and museums.

The theme for this year’s Professional Engineers Conference is “Harnessing the Power of PEs to Create a Better World.” This year’s conference has already received a record number of submissions for presentations. The topics for 2022 are:

  • Amplify your leadership power skills;
  • Stay informed about issues and trends impacting the profession; and
  • Invest in your career.

Attendance at this renowned conference allows PEs to build their network of multidisciplinary professional engineers while earning professional development hours to fulfill continuing education requirements. Attendees can access specialized content from experts as they discuss issues and trends impacting the profession, develop power skills and life skills not taught in school, and advance their careers by expanding their expertise and preparing for future developments in the industry.

The seventh annual PE Day will coincide with the conference’s culmination on August 3. These two events allow PEs to join their peers in celebration of the profession and advocacy for licensure.

The National Society of Professional Engineers will continue to monitor health and safety guidelines while we proceed toward hosting this in-person event.

Registration for the conference opens on April 1.
