NSPE Today
Easy Access to Everything Ethics

Since 1958, NSPE’s Board of Ethical Review has been debating the profession’s most tricky ethics scenarios and publishing opinions that guide practicing engineers to sound decisions. Today, the catalog is more than 600 cases.

Now, the entire catalog is available on the NSPE website in an enhanced, interactive format, along with a new how-to video that walks you through the search process.

This entirely unique reference allows you to search by year, keywords, code section, and 42 subject areas, from advertising and associating with others to sustainable development and unfair competition.

The enhanced search engine now gives full access to practicing engineers, students, educators, researchers, and anyone else who wants to learn more about the dilemmas engineers sometimes face in their work, even if they are sheltered in place at home.
