Ethics Guidance from the NSPE Board of Ethical Review

NSPE’s Board of Ethical Review was created in 1954 with the express purpose of providing expert opinion on how the Engineering Code of Ethics applies to specific circumstances. Today, the Board’s compendium of case reviews is the most robust ethics resource available to the profession, with more than 650 opinions that cover broad ethical issues as well as ethics in highly specific settings.
