Craig N. Musselman, P.E., F.NSPE

Craig N. Musselman, P.E., F.NSPE is a practicing civil and environmental engineer and is the founder and president of CMA Engineers, a consulting engineering firm with offices in New Hampshire and Maine. He holds BSCE and MSCE degrees from the University of Massachusetts and has over 35 years experience in the planning, design, and construction administration of public works facilities. He is a professional engineer, licensed in three states.

Mr. Musselman is a former president of the New Hampshire Society of Professional Engineers and was New Hampshire’s Engineer of the Year in 2004. He is a Fellow of both NSPE and ACEC and a Distinguished Member of ASCE. In 2006 he received the ASCE President’s Medal for service to the civil engineering profession and in 2011 was presented with the NSPE President’s Award.

For NSPE, Mr. Musselman is the current chair of the Licensure and Qualifications for Practice Committee. He has served as the Society’s representative on the ABET Board of Directors and is the current Treasurer of ABET. He has represented NSPE on the Participating Organizations Liaison Council for the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES). He writes a blog for the NSPE website on engineering licensure issues that receives over 40,000 hits annually.

He is a former member and chair of the New Hampshire Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and has been actively involved in NCEES for 15 years. Mr. Musselman is a frequent speaker on engineering topics throughout the U.S. based on his understanding of engineering practice, education and licensure.
