Learn, Connect, Excel at Virtual PE Conference
For PEs and anyone on the PE path, NSPE’s Virtual 2021 Professional Engineers Conference (August 3–5) provides a not-to-miss opportunity to learn, connect, and excel in your profession.
The reimagined conference will be held in conjunction with the celebration of PE Day on August 4 and will offer a full slate of sessions (including 14 worth PDHs), events, exceptional content, and networking opportunities. Attendees will also have the freedom to participate according to their own schedules, presented in a format that maximizes virtual collaboration. This year’s conference aims to transport you to a shared space with your professional peers—and all without the travel costs.
The theme for this year’s conference is Leadership and Innovation, and will include:
- Networking discussions geared to increase your effectiveness as a manager and a leader;
- Opportunities to celebrate your passion on PE Day with peers from across disciplines;
- Access to recordings of all sessions (except Mastermind sessions) for on-demand viewing after the conference; and

Shelley Row, P.E.
Row is an Inc. magazine top 100 leadership speaker and a Certified Speaking Professional. She engineers leaders to see beyond the data by providing a foundation of self-awareness, empathy, and high-functioning communication skills that supports decision-making, delegation, teaming, dealing with difficult people and more.
Alan Mallory, P.E.
Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, in the spring of 2008 Mallory embarked on the project of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family. The expedition involved two years of planning and two months of climbing through immense challenges, but they were able to overcome these obstacles through strategic planning, healthy team dynamics, self-awareness and perseverance.
Greenwald is a best-selling author and presentation coach for engineers. With a mechanical engineering degree from the Cooper Union, he is a technical project manager for the Army Corps of Engineers. His most recent publication, “An Engineer’s Formula for Public Speaking Excellence,” is a practical manual for technical leaders to discover their unique voice to project confidence and conviction.
