Ray Waite is the founder of Lighthouse Force, a provider of speaking and training programs, and a senior manager for a Watson Supply Chain engineering team at IBM. Ray speaks from a wealth of business experience, offering guidance from his management, leadership and engineering experience in the commerce and telecom industries. Ray earned his MS degree in computer science from The Ohio State University and a BS degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certificate, and a Competent Communicator award from Toastmasters International.
