How can engineers gain the skills to master texting and and email communications? This fast- paced and engaging session presents tips, tricks, and rules of thumb for effective communication skills for texts and emails. Attendees will get hands-on experience with texts and emails to reinforce the techniques presented, and experience self-discovery and learning through the collaborative and entertaining group exercises conducted during the session.

Mr Randy P. Wall, PE

Randy P. Wall, P.E., is president of the Engineering Leadership Institute and is a values-based leadership consultant grounded in a 33-year career in engineering, business, political science, and entrepreneurial mastery. Wall received his BSCE from University of California- Davis and his MPA from Montana State University-Bozeman. He is currently a PhD candidate in the American Studies Program at Montana State University, with a dissertation on Leadership in the American Engineering Industry. Wall is a licensed professional engineer in five states including Montana.
