National Engineers Week Foundation

Engineers Week: Founded by NSPE in 1951, EWeek (February 17–23, 2013) is dedicated to ensuring a diverse and well-educated future engineering workforce by increasing understanding of and interest in engineering and technology careers. Today, EWeek is a formal coalition of more than 75 professional societies, major corporations, and government agencies.

MATHCOUNTS

MATHCOUNTS: MATHCOUNTS is a national enrichment, coaching and competition program that promotes middle school mathematics achievement through grassroots involvement in every U.S. state and territory.
NABIE National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers: NABIE, a chartered affinity group of NSPE, works to establish the highest standards for the building and home inspection industry and to verify the qualifications of individuals offering these services.

NAFE

National Academy of Forensic Engineers: NAFE, a chartered affinity group of NSPE, advances the art and skill of engineers who serve as engineering consultants to members of the legal profession and as expert witnesses in courts of law, arbitration proceedings and administrative adjudication proceedings.

NICET

National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies: Founded in 1961, NICET has certified more than 117,000 engineering technicians and engineering technologists. Read more.

USA Science & Engineering Festival

USA Science & Engineering Festival: Held on Saturday, April 28 and Sunday, April 29, 2012, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in D.C. NSPE's hands-on engineering activity, "Pop Fly: Catapults in Action!" encourages kids and parents to build catapults for launching ping pong balls—all while learning about the engineering design process and simple machines.
