Lee Bogle, P.E., has been hired as project engineer for RPM Transportation Consultants, based in Nashville, Tennessee. His work will include traffic studies, safety analysis, and transportation design plans. He holds two bachelor's degrees, one in aerospace technology from Middle Tennessee State University and another in civil engineering from Mississippi State University.
Architecture and design firm Little has hired Jeff Roman, P.E., of Charlotte, North Carolina, as its new national director of engineering. He will focus on maximizing building performance in their projects. He brings 15 years of experience from numerous project types, including commercial workplace, education, retail, civic, and mixed-use.
Alex Goharioon, P.E., has joined Terracon as a senior vice president and senior principal. Working out of Atlanta, he will be division manager for the Gulf Coast region as well as work with national clients. Goharioon has worked on airports, high-rises, health-care facilities, and many other projects. He holds a master's degree in technology from Georgia Southern University, where he also earned his bachelor's degree.

Austin Lin, E.I.T., has been awarded the 2013 ASQ Feigenbaum Medal. Given to an individual 35 years old or younger for leadership, professionalism, and other attributes, the American Society of Quality recognizes those whose work has been or will become beneficial to humankind. Lin works at Procter & Gamble in New Jersey and also serves on the NSPE's Board of Directors, representing the Society's young engineers.
Wilson & Co. Inc. Engineers & Architects has appointed Scott Perkins, P.E., to lead its water and wastewater division. He has more than 30 years of experience with consulting engineering and is a vice president of the firm. A member of numerous associations, he serves as vice chairman for the National Executive Committee of the American Council of Engineering Companies. Perkins holds a master's in civil engineering from the University of New Mexico.
Robert Stanley, P.E., has been named managing principal for the Denver office of Walker Parking Consultants, a leading parking consulting and design firm. He will manage the office's operations and oversee all projects in Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and other cities. Stanley has been with the firm since 1996 and became director of operations for the Denver office in 2007. He is a former president of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers.
