Mentoring Programs

Whether you're preparing for licensure, managing a career transition or simply seeking advice or information from a wide range of experienced engineers nationwide, NSPE's mentoring program provide a powerful resource that's available only to our members.

Mentoring programs include:

  1. Career Transition services that include career management seminars, links to helpful transition resources, and a network of advice, assistance and referrals to engineers facing a new challenge in their professional lives.

  2. Discussion Forums that offer engineers a place to ask and answer key questions in the profession – from the details of licensure to professional liability, risk management and emerging technology.

  3. Mentors in Government, a valuable opportunity for practicing engineers and engineering students to contact government-employed professional engineers to answer questions about their specialty, and provide guidance to those seeking careers in government.
