Three types of registration:
Member and Guest Conference/Governance Registration: Registration includes conference general sessions (ThursdaySaturday), NSPE Ice Breaker Reception, cyber café (all conference days), and networking breaks (all conference days)
Young Engineers' Forum Registration: Registration includes Friday Young Engineer Forum (7.0 PDHs), Networking Lunch with Speaker, NSPE Ice Breaker Reception, cyber café (all days), and beverages (coffee, decaf, tea) (all days)]. Limited to the first 40 engineers 35 and under.
Special Ticket Registration: No separate registration fee required; this option is available for primary registrant and guest registrant. These Items are marked with an asterick (*) on the online registration form.

Optional/special events tickets may have additional costs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing and received at NSPE no later than July 15, 2008. A $75 processing fee will be charged for ALL refunds. There will be no refunds for no-shows or on-site cancellations. Refunds will be issued after the meeting. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Confirmations: All conference registrations will be confirmed by e-mail immediately following payment approval. Registration payment is required for processing. Please contact NSPE Annual Conference Registrar at 703-684-2800 if you require additional assistance.
Tax Deductions: In most instances, conference attendance may be deductible as a business expense. Please consult with your financial advisor for the most current tax regulations. Contributions to the NSPE Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, to support the NSPE engineering scholarships are tax deductible; contributions to the NSPE-PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions.
Continuing Education Credit: The individual state license boards have final authority as to what constitutes continuing education for purposes of meeting requirements for professional license renewal. NSPE encourages you to check your state regulation prior to submitting any continuing education when renewing your professional registration. |
