Be a Mentor
Whether you're preparing for licensure, managing a career transition or simply seeking advice or information from a wide range of experienced engineers nationwide, NSPE's mentoring program provide a powerful resource that's available only to our members.

Mentoring programs include

  • Mentoring for Licensure provide licensure-process guidance to individuals whose goal is to become licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
  • Career Transition mentors provide advice and assistance to engineers wanting to, or having to, make a transition in their career and as a result facing a new challenge in their professional lives.
  • Mentors in Government provide a valuable opportunity for practicing engineers and engineering students to contact government-employed professional engineers to answer questions about their specialty, and provide guidance to those seeking careers in government.
